Are they durable?

Are they silicone-safe?
Yes. Our products are 100% medical-grade silicone and compatible with all lubricants, including silicone-based. The quality of our silicone means it won't degrade over time or with heavy use. They're also hypoallergenic and non-irritating, making them a safe choice for sensitive skin
What lubricants can I use?
All of them. Water-based, oil-based, silicone-based — our medical-grade silicone is high enough quality that it won't degrade regardless of what you use.
Is it safe to use daily?
Yes. Our products are made from body-safe, medical-grade silicone that's built for regular use. Just clean them properly after each session and they'll hold up.
How do I know if I am using the products correctly?
Each product includes usage instructions. If something feels off — too tight, uncomfortable, or not performing as expected — stop and reassess the fit. When in doubt, reach out to our customer service team and we'll help you dial it in.
Shipping
How do I place an order?
Select your size and quantity on the product page, click "Add to Cart," and follow the checkout prompts. Items in your cart aren't reserved until you complete checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Economy shipping takes 5–8 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Once your order leaves our hands, delivery times are out of our control — but we'll make sure it gets out fast.
Is there free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free economy shipping.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship domestically and internationally. Standard international shipping is $29.95.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes. All orders ship in plain brown boxes with no indication of the contents or sender.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges?
How many days do I have to get a refund?
We offer a 6-month return window backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I exchange the size of the products?
Yes, within 6 months of purchase. To avoid an exchange, make sure you're ordering the right size from the start:
Measure the circumference of your penis at the base, close to your body, using a cloth measuring tape. Take this measurement while flaccid. Then divide that number by 3.14 to get your diameter — that's the size you want to order.
If you've measured and still ended up with the wrong fit, contact us and we'll get you sorted.
Can I return a product I no longer use?
Our return policy covers satisfaction issues within the 6-month window. For hygiene reasons, we recommend reaching out to our team to discuss your specific situation before sending anything back.
What happens if my product is defected?
We stand behind everything we make. If your product arrives defective or fails under normal use, contact us and we'll take care of it.
