All orders are discreetly shipped in plain brown boxes. You will receive separate emails with tracking information.

- Oversized Items incur a $150 shipping fee
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, email us at support@boneyardtoys.com. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you'll receive a full refund to your payment method. For cancellations after 24 hours, you will receive a full store credit in the form of a gift card, usable both online and in-store.
Shipping Address Change
Once the shipping label has been created, we cannot update the shipping address. If the order was returned to us due to an address error, you can change the shipping address for $7.25. If you wish not do that, the order will be canceled and you will receive a full store credit in the form of a gift card, usable both online and in-store.
